User Agreement
This service is provided by Offrie OÜ (trading as OFFRIE.COM).
By registering as a user on the website offrie.com (hereinafter "the Website") or the Offrie mobile app (iOS App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery), or by conducting transactions and using services on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement, and commit to complying with them.
The term "user" or "client" refers to a legal entity that has registered on the platform. By accepting this User Agreement or by using the Website or the Offrie app, the client confirms that they are legally bound by its terms.
When using the Offrie app, you may also be subject to the terms of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery, as applicable.
Company Information
1. Scope and Interpretation
- This User Agreement governs all legal relationships arising from the use of services on offrie.com (website and the Offrie mobile app) between users and Offrie OÜ ("OFFRIE.COM").
- The services provided include listing, selling, and purchasing IT products via Auctions, Buy Now, Make an Offer, Want to Buy (WTB) listings, and Tenders, as well as related tools and features, including optional AI-assisted tools (such as the Offelia assistant and listing creation helpers).
- This Agreement is supplemented by:
- applicable EU laws;
- our Pricing & Commission policy;
- Help Center content and instructions;
- and generally accepted industry practices.
2. General Terms of Service
Auction
Buyers place bids, and the highest valid bid wins.
Buy Now
Buyers can purchase immediately at a fixed price.
Make an Offer
Buyers submit offers, and sellers choose whether to accept.
Want to Buy (WTB)
Buyers publish purchasing needs and receive offers from sellers.
Tenders
Sellers publish multi-row tenders; buyers place sealed bids; sellers allocate winners.
- • A sales contract is concluded when a bid wins, a fixed price item is purchased, or an offer is accepted.
- • Bids and offers are binding and cannot be withdrawn.
- • Contracts must be fulfilled within 10 days unless a shorter period is stated.
- • Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and document any transit damage.
- • Buyers can initiate return requests (RMA) through the platform on the deal page; sellers manage and respond to RMA requests there.
- • In the Offrie app, you may receive push notifications (deals, bids, messages); you can manage these in your device settings.
- • Communication should be conducted via email or the platform's messaging system.
AI-assisted features (Offelia)
OFFRIE.COM may offer optional AI-powered features, including the Offelia assistant and tools in the listing creation flow (for example descriptions, titles, categories, and related suggestions).
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publication or business reliance.
Using these features may involve sending your content to third-party AI providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. OFFRIE.COM does not warrant that AI features will be uninterrupted or error-free.

- Deal payments: The purchase price is settled between buyer and seller, or—when offered and chosen—via optional Escrow.com (independent third party; Help → Escrow). OFFRIE.COM does not hold purchase funds or act as escrow agent; integration is for connecting you to that service.
- This section: Commission and subscription billing only—not what you pay another user for goods or services.
Applies to completed WTS and WTB deals only; Tenders have no commission. No setup or listing fees. Higher tiers reduce your rate—see our pricing page.
- • Handled 100% through Stripe (cards, bank transfer, and other methods Stripe offers in your region).
- • Invoices are generated and sent by Stripe on Offrie’s behalf.
- • Invoiced per successful deal; consolidated invoices every Friday
- • Sellers pay commission; buyers pay none
- • Offrie issues commission invoices directly. Pay by transfer to Offrie’s EU bank account, or use Pay online to pay the same invoice through Stripe.
- • 7-day payment terms; fees are shown clearly in listings
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- • Services provided "as is" and "as available"
- • No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
- • Users are responsible for their own transactions
- • Force majeure events are excluded
- • Full liability for agreement violations
- • Must indemnify OFFRIE.COM
- • Responsible for all legal costs
- • Account suspension for violations
